Gosh what a lot has happened in 2016!
I am pleased to announce I am 7 months pregnant so am transforming in all ways on all levels- looking forward to stepping into this next stage of being a woman- Motherhood.
It has been a busy and fruitful year with me running a lot more workshops and courses. For example Reiki training courses, confidence building and relaxation courses for MYA (Merseyside Youth Association) as well as teaching women how to follow their menstrual cycle to create a more natural flow and rhythm in their lives, offering self esteem courses for a charity on the Wirral for people with mental health diagnoses, and running my first Divine Feminine retreat which was a huge success.
So I am choosing to journey inward for a time of stillness and reflection, blooming and birthing to see what the New Year brings…

* Come and start your Reiki journey with Jessica from Conscious Calling who has 7 years of hands on experience with this incredible healing modality. Jessica has trained in some of the most sacred sites around the world including Cusco, Peru and Byron Bay, Australia*
Reiki literally means Rei (spiritual or supernatural) Ki (life force energy).
It is a form of hands on healing where often the recipient lies down fully clothed. The hands are placed over the clients body and they usually experience deep relaxation, sometimes sleep. Everyone experiences the treatment differently- some have visions or memories, some may go into a dream state whilst others may just feel very relaxed.
In this 1 day training you will receive all you need to know to start giving Reiki to others and, most importantly, to yourself.
*This is only for people who are ready for a change in their life and energy levels. The attunement to Reiki energy will upgrade you and requires a commitment to detox for 3 weeks after*

I am still offering limited Reiki one on one sessions and our now infamous and most unique Double Rainbow Reiki sessions with my partner Tom where you receive a 90 minute 4 handed fully re-calibrating Reiki session from two Reiki Masters, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sessions and one on one coaching sessions to enable you to get to where you want to be.
