In the seventh part of this series, Joe discusses why diversity and inclusivity are vital at ConsenSys. He explains the global potential of blockchain technology to build shared and collaborative networks and that these networks will need people with diverse backgrounds, languages, talents, viewpoints, and thought processes.
When examining the relationship between diversity and technology, Lubin explains, “It is incredibly important when your building technology not to have a homogenous group of people.”
Joe details the importance of ConsenSys’ diversity as a competitive advantage in order to accurately and effectively convey the global potential of blockchain technology.
Regarding the strategic implications of diversity, Lubin explains, “If we are building infrastructure for the world, we need to effectively represent the world so we can build higher quality systems.”
