As mentioned in our previous post regarding Consentium Ecosystem Update, our aim for Consentium is to evolve into a Node-based infrastructure allowing us to be a true Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
To ensure a healthy token ecosystem, we have already kick-started the first phase and we want to take this opportunity to thank our user and answer some of the questions raised by our users.
QUESTIONS REGARDING CSM-SN (SuperNode)
Q: What is CSM-SN (SuperNode)?
A: CSM-SN or Consentium SuperNode is not a new token, but a SuperNode that will be the governance of the CSM protocol in our new Node-based infrastructure and will be generating NEW CSM tokens every month.
CSM-SN (SuperNode) Token representation which you will receive when you convert CSM (ERC20) to SuperNode, will be exchanged to SuperNode Operating once we transit into the chat ecosystem using Decentralised Ledger Technology (DLT) in April 2020.
Q: How does the SuperNode rewards work?
A: Each SuperNode will generate NEW CSM tokens monthly. The number of tokens generated is dependent on the total number of SuperNodes issued and also dependent on the total number of CSM (ERC20) collected.
Q: Why should I convert my existing CSM (ERC20) into SuperNode?
A: SuperNode is important to the Consentium infrastructure. We are finally transiting into a chat ecosystem using Decentralised Ledger Technology (DLT). Be a key player in our future by participating in our SuperNode program and receive additional rewards!
Q: How do I convert existing CSM (ERC20) into SuperNode?
A: To participate in our SuperNode program, applicants will be required to deposit CSM (ERC20) to the address below using a MEW or IMToken wallet:

In return, you will receive a SuperNode token representation based on the date and rate of exchange.
Q: When should I start converting existing CSM (ERC20) to SuperNode?
A: The exchange of CSM (ERC20) to SuperNode varies different month! We will definitely recommend you to start converting as soon as possible.
Q: How much SuperNode rewards can I receive per month?
A: How much SuperNode rewards you can receive will be based on the total number of CSM collected. With more CSM collected in total, it will generate a greater reward for each SuperNode as seen in the table below:
Q: What would be the price of SuperNode upon conversion?
A: SuperNode will be tradable on March 2021 on the open market. The price of a SuperNode will thus be guided by free market forces.
Q: What will the price of a SuperNode be after 31st March 2020? Will I still be able convert CSM (ERC20) to SuperNodes? At what rate? What if there are only 10 SuperNodes after March 2010? What will be the rewards per SuperNode then?
A: After 31st March 2020, the minimum conversion rate of CSM (ERC20) to SuperNode will be 500,000 CSM (ERC20). Rewards of SuperNodes will depend on free market forces as well.
Q: How would the value of my SuperNode being determined?
A: This will all be based on free market forces. However, it is easy to do a valuation on a SuperNode based on the rewards, CSM Price, and 3–5 year projection at that time.
Q: How can I sell off my SuperNode?
A: Informally, any users can sell their SuperNode via P2P exchanges. The market will only be created in March 2021 on Exonium.
Q: What would I be receiving from selling my SuperNode?
A: In March 2021, all transactions of Supernodes will be in either CSM or USDT.
Q: Will I still receive rewards from SuperNodes after I sell them?
A: No. Once sold, any rewards from SuperNodes will be credited into the wallet address where the SuperNode sits in.
QUESTIONS REGARDING CSM TOKENS
Q: What is the plan for CSM (ERC20) after April 2020?
A: All users will be able to swap their CSM (ERC20) to the NEW CSM based on the new technology via a bridge in April 2020. Do note there will be a fixed limit a month. The CSM (ERC20) will still be listed on all the current exchanges.
Q: Why should I convert my existing CSM (ERC20) into the NEW CSM?
A: The NEW CSM forms the bedrock of the reward scheme for SuperNode. It will be the underlying coin powering the entire Consentium ecosystem. Think ETH for the Ethereum network.
Q: What would be the price of the NEW CSM upon conversion?
A: The NEW CSM will be traded on Exonium in April 2020 and will be subjected to free market forces based on an order book trading. The company is committed to buying back a fixed amount of NEW CSM from the market every month based on 30% of revenues from existing and future business units.
Q: CSM price is so low now, what strategy is in place for NEW CSM price to rise?
A: As a company, we refrain from speculating on the current and future prices for both CSM (ERC20) and NEW CSM. However, the supply of NEW CSM is being contained and released gradually into the new ecosystem in which the company will expand exponentially. These are all strong economic fundamentals for the future NEW CSM tokenomics.
Q: Why is there different versions of CSM (CSM-SN, CSMX,CSM (ERC20)) and what is their purpose from launch till date?
A: CSM-SN, or Concentium SuperNode will form the governance for CSM protocol for NEW CSM tokens generation.
CSMX will be a formative part of a stable utility-based token system in the upcoming 2020.
CSM tokens (CSM(ERC20) & NEW CSM) will be the foundation tokens for incentives and transaction within Consentium Ecosystem itself.
CSM (ERC20) will still be listed on all the current exchanges and will be available to swap to the NEW CSM via a bridge in April 2020, with a fixed limit a month.
QUESTIONS REGARDING SUPERNODE APPLICATION PROCESS
Q: Why can I only transfer to the company’s wallet address using MEW or IMToken wallet?
A: We will only be handling wallet’s address and therefore, MEW or IMToken wallet will be ideal in directly transferring of SuperNode token representation back. This will also mean that each transaction should be of the EXACT rate of exchange based on the date and any other value will be deemed as a rejected application.
Q: Will I be able to retrieve the CSM (ERC20) tokens transferred to the company wallet’s address in the future?
A: CSM (ERC20) tokens transferred to the company wallet’s address will be converted to SuperNode token representative and be transferred directly back to the same wallet address, based on the rate and date of initial transfer. After April 2020, you will be able to deposit the SuperNode token representative into CSM to receive the SuperNode operating.
Q: Will the CSM (ERC20) tokens be burnt in the company wallet?
A: CSM (ERC20) tokens will not be burnt in the company wallet. Any transaction to the company wallet is public and will be remained untouched until April 2020.
Q: Will the SuperNode reward be ongoing forever? Is there a limit of how many NEW CSM to be rewarded?
A: SuperNode program will be running for 10 years with halving happening every 2 years. Reward limits are based on the number of CSM-SN issued and the total number of CSM (ERC20) collected.
Q: I do not have enough to exchange for 1 SuperNode, how else can I participate in this program?
A: As mentioned that the exchange of SuperNode will be directed based on per account. Participants are more than welcome to find means to accumulate to the rate of exchange for SuperNode. (e.g. pooling together with friends and transfer from an account)
