How to Use the New Constellation ↔ Base Bridge for $DAG and $DOR

--

The Constellation-Base Bridge is officially live on mainnet, unlocking seamless movement of $DAG and $DOR between the Constellation Network and Base, the Layer 2 from Coinbase.

Whether you’re looking to bridge assets, swap tokens, or provide liquidity on Aerodrome, this guide has everything you need to get started.

Here’s a link to a video walkthrough, and written steps are below.

https://x.com/i/status/1909697776893501925

Step 1: Access the Bridge

Open the new bridge interface here:
https://bridge.constellationnetwork.io

This bridge lets you move both $DAG and $DOR to and from Base.

Step 2: Connect Your Wallet

Click Connect Wallet and select Stargazer, the wallet we recommend for managing $DAG and $DOR across Constellation and Base.

If you don’t have Stargazer yet, you can download it here:
https://constellationnetwork.io/stargazer-wallet/

Make sure you’re connected to the correct network (Constellation or Base), depending on where you’re starting.

Step 3: Bridge Tokens

  1. Choose the token: DAG or DOR
  2. Select the direction: Constellation → Base or Base → Constellation
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Click Bridge and approve the transaction in your wallet

Transactions should complete in under a minute, depending on network traffic.

Step 4: Add DAG and DOR Tokens on Base to Stargazer Wallet

After bridging to Base, your tokens may not display automatically in Stargazer. Here’s how to manually add them:

Contract Addresses

  • DAG on Base: 0x74299A718b2c44483a27325d7725F0B2646DE3B1
  • DOR on Base: 0xfe9885baff18074846aaa2d5541581adf068731d

To add them:

  1. Open Stargazer Wallet
  2. Scroll down and click Manage Tokens
  3. Click the + icon at the top of the screen
  4. Change Network Type to BASE
  5. Paste in the contract address
  6. Confirm that Base is selected as the network
  7. Click Add Token (scroll down to see this option)

Repeat for both tokens.

Step 5: Swap or Provide Liquidity on Aerodrome

After bridging your DAG or DOR tokens to Base, you can put them to work on Aerodrome, the leading DEX on the Base network.

Swap Tokens

Use this direct swap link for DAG ↔ DOR:
Aerodrome Swap

  1. Connect your wallet
  2. Select the tokens and input amount (make sure you select the versions on the Base network)
  3. Approve and confirm the swap

Provide Liquidity

Supply liquidity and earn fees or incentives:
Aerodrome Liquidity Pools

  1. Select a pool (e.g., DAG/WETH)
  2. Input your contribution amounts
  3. Approve and deposit your tokens

Access $DAG More Easily in the U.S.

For U.S. users who’ve faced limited access to $DAG through centralized exchanges, this bridge offers a new pathway:

You can now acquire $DAG by swapping directly from tokens on Base, such as $ETH or $USDC, into $DAG via Aerodrome — then bridge it to the Constellation Network using the new Constellation ↔ Base Bridge.

It’s a smoother, decentralized onramp to get involved with the Constellation ecosystem.

Tips Before You Bridge

  • Always use official links
  • Double-check contract addresses
  • Review fees before swapping or bridging
  • Watch for token approval prompts on Base

You’re All Set

The bridge is live, liquidity is flowing, and a new era of cross-chain utility has officially begun. Welcome to the future of interoperable crypto.
