IntegrationNet Launch
We are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated launch of IntegrationNet, a major milestone in the evolution of Constellation Network. With the aim of creating a sustainable, decentralized, and community-oriented ecosystem, IntegrationNet opens up exciting opportunities for network participants. This article will provide an overview of IntegrationNet, its significance, and the recent updates deployed to support this initiative.
IntegrationNet: Solidifying Metagraph Support
IntegrationNet plays a vital role in strengthening Constellation Network’s metagraph support. As a testnet designed to accommodate up to 300 nodes (for now), IntegrationNet offers a stable environment to test new use cases and ensure the network’s functionality and stability. It serves as a testing ground for stable protocol versions and hosts reliable and optimized testing environments.
Reward Distribution Changes
To align with our ecosystem’s goals and requirements, we have made significant adjustments to the reward structure. In a strategic shift, we have deprecated the Soft Node Program, which had incentivized early-stage participation. To foster exploration, innovation, and active contribution, we have increased the rewards for Validators and Testnet operators. Validators, responsible for validating transactions and maintaining network integrity, will receive a higher reward allocation of 17%. Testnet operators, hosting experimental network features, will see their reward allocation rise from 1% to 3%. These changes reflect our commitment to rewarding those who actively contribute to the Constellation Network.
Also happening this week…
In addition to the IntegrationNet launch, during the course of this week we will also be deploying a series of updates to Stargazer Wallet and DAG Explorer. These updates are designed to support IntegrationNet and metagraph tokens, ensuring a seamless and enhanced user experience. Furthermore, we will also be releasing the Data API for metagraphs. This feature allows metagraphs to define custom data types, validate data transactions, and store metagraph data within a custom-defined data store. These updates demonstrate our commitment to constant innovation and the advancement of our network’s capabilities.

Your roles as node operators are crucial in maintaining the stability, reliability, and security of IntegrationNet.
For those who were not selected as node operators, we assure you that there will be future opportunities. Participants who were not chosen will be placed in a queue, and newcomers can apply from today on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all participants to maintain a DAG balance of at least 250k to secure their position in the queue, meeting the collateral requirements for running a node.
We would like to give a special shout out to our dedicated team leads who have been instrumental in organizing and supporting the new node operators on Discord. Their guidance and assistance have been invaluable in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our community members. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to these exceptional individuals for their commitment and dedication to the success of IntegrationNet.
