Snowflake adds Constellation Network as a Data Partner
Renowned data-as-a-service provider, Snowflake, adds Constellation Network as a data provider to its popular data marketplace.
Foot traffic data from Constellation’s Dor Traffic Miner (DTM) is now available for purchase on Snowflake’s marketplace for businesses seeking data to enhance their analysis efforts.
Constellation’s DTM is a portable hardware IoT device that may be placed in any doorway and collects foot-traffic data via thermal sensors. Individuals who operate a DTM device receive compensation for the data they gather in the form of $DAG cryptocurrency rewards.
Constellation has also partnered with world-class location data provider, FourSquare, who has committed to purchasing DTM data for ground-truth validation of their venue visitation data.
DTM Rewards
The first batch of Constellation’s DTM devices are expected to ship before the end of this year. Those who pre-purchase DTM devices are eligible to receive daily rewards paid in $DAG cryptocurrency soon after purchase.
Everyone who purchases a DTM device receives an NFT within a week (approximately) of purchase that must be registered with our “Node Management Platform” on the https://Lattice.is website. Once your wallet is connected and your NFT registered, rewards can begin.
A monthly rewards pool of 5 million $DAG tokens will become available for DTM device operators. The initial rewards distribution will be comprised of the following bounties:
- Baseline rewards for registering a device
- Device installation in any doorway
- Device installation in a retail doorway
