Once upon a time, motivational speakers were the stars of every stage.

Their job? To sell shortcuts to success.

They painted grandiose pictures of turning a single grain of rice into a pot full of biryani.

Sitting in their sessions, young minds would feel invincible, as if they had discovered a hidden power.

The moment they stepped out of the seminar, they believed the world was theirs to conquer.

Dreams of becoming a CEO in two weeks were planted in their minds. But reality has its way of grounding even the loftiest ambitions.

That motivation? It faded as quickly as foam dissolved in water.

Meanwhile, the speaker, richer by thousands of rupees, would pack up and move to the next crowd, ready to repeat the cycle.

Over time, the audience caught on.

They realized that 90% of the talk was fluff — fantasies wrapped in flowery words. Only 10% held any truth, and that truth demanded merit and relentless effort.

Then Came The Digital Revolution
