Contentos Partners with Origin Protocol to Bring Decentralized E-Commerce Stores to Content Creators
Today May 29, 2020, we are excited to officially announce that Contentos has partnered with Origin Protocol to bring decentralized e-commerce stores to content creators within its ecosystem. Phase one of this partnership will be the launch of the new Contentos Store, the official source for Contentos & COS Token-branded merchandise.

The Contentos Store is powered by Origin Protocol and established on top of Origin’s new, decentralized e-commerce platform, Dshop, which allows sellers to create a decentralized e-commerce store that charges 0 transaction fees and is free to run.
In phase two of the partnership, we will explore providing a way for content creators to monetize their channels and audiences by creating Origin Dshops natively within the Contentos ecosystem. DShop allows for fair distribution of revenue by cutting out the middleman. With no transaction fees, creators get 100% of the revenue. This way, fans can be assured that their support is going directly to the creators, helping them continue to make awesome content on COS.TV.
