Contentos Web3 Roadmap and Journey

The development of cutting-edge Web3 services for creators is a long and exploratory venture, and the Contentos Foundation has achieved significant milestones by constructing products and services for a broad user base, guided by active community feedback. We are continuously refining our ecosystem roadmap to fulfill our vision of a thriving and open Web3 creative economy.

Vision of Contentos :

Our long term vision is to establish a more open, equitable, and genuinely supportive service built on Web3, offering commercialization and asset-based services for users’ creative endeavors and social capital across diverse creative options. This vision is continuously validated through the provision of product services, focusing on the following:

• ContentFi: Establishing a decentralized revenue mechanism for creative output using the Web3 content platform as a user portal
• SocialFi: Creating application services that empower large-scale creators and convert their social capital into a growth engine
• Metaverse: Integrating VR/AR hardware development to popularize Web3 in everyday life.
• AI: Embedding AI across all products and services to achieve optimization of revenue, traffic resources, and more.

SocialFi Roadmap

✅ Channel VIP 1.0

Completed in December 2023

The initial version of our SocialFi product, Channel VIP 1.0, has been successfully designed, developed, and launched online. Registered users on COS.TV can open private Chat Rooms using invitation codes and use COS tokens to buy and sell PASS. The online private Chat Room feature includes rankings, user personal pages, and transaction records. Since launching, PASS transactions reached a cumulative trading volume of 10 million $COS. This milestone necessitates network upgrades, personalization enhancements, and gamification mechanism upgrades, all driven by community feedback.

⏳ Channel VIP 1.5 : Enhanced Chat Room

Mid-2024 completion

This phase will enable users to establish multiple private Chat Rooms based on themes, fostering diverse interactions. It involves the development of a PASS self-pricing function, offering the option to issue PASS with automated tiered prices or a single price. Additionally, the roadmap includes designing and developing multiple interactive chat room mini-games to boost participation and retention rates. The Channel VIP Game Center will be introduced to support customized PASS trading activities and competitions for creators, optimizing PASS transaction liquidity. An API will be established to provide external partners access to Channel VIP, expanding the user base.

⏳ Channel VIP 2.0 : SocialFi Exchange Project Launch

To be completed in 2024

This phase will focus on building a trading platform allowing creators to issue and list their own custom PASS. The platform will support transactions involving COS tokens, various other mainnet standard tokens, Meme coins, and NFTs. The Channel VIP PASS trading platform will provide automated trading and PASS price analysis tools. Community involvement will be encouraged through incentives for participation in feature, technical, and security testing.

ContentFi Roadmap

✅ COS.TV AI

Completed in 2023

In 2023, COS.TV continued to expand its user base across Latin America, Vietnam, Turkey, the United States, and other regions. New user onboarding was improved to enhance the Web2 user experience, helping users get familiar with the advantages and features of Web3 ContentFi. Other improvements included currency withdrawal service enhancements and the introduction of verification codes to address SMS reception issues in certain areas. AI optimization was introduced to advertising revenue leading to a 60% increase in the number of creators earning ad revenue.

⏳ COS.TV ContentFi

To be completed in 2024

The COS.TV homepage will get a major update. The search feature will be upgraded, the revenue visualization on the video page will be updated, and integration with external Web3 wallets will be implemented. The ultimate goal will be to support multiple tokens to help creators boost their earnings.

✅ COS.SPACE Reality VR

Completed in 2023

COS.SPACE Reality has developed a version supporting VR devices and continues to refine the virtual reality experience.

In progress

For creators, virtual reality is an important part of improving fan interaction and users can engage with virtual reality in different ways to connect with creators. COS.SPACE Reality will continue to remain attentive to the progress of Apple Vision Pro and mainstream VR equipment, actively participating in the ecological development of the metaverse as it evolves.
