Token Release Announcement

Dear COSers,

Following the release plan disclosed last year, we will soon have our third major token release on August 3rd. The distribution will be as follows:

• Private placement — Strategic investment: 158,333,333 COS. The 316,666,666 COS, whose lockup was extended previously, will be released as well.
• Private placement — Seed round: 261,428,825 COS.
• Foundation reserved: 110,397,979 COS.
• Community development: 116,666,667 COS.
• Team: 375,000,000 COS.
• Advisors: 12,500,000 COS.
• Token treasury: 5,000,000 COS. (This is the 15th monthly distribution of the token treasury. The monthly distributions will occur until June 2021.)

Further notices will be posted after the token transfer is complete. We wanted to provide details and context on the token release to our community for full disclosure purposes.
