Four things shape our perceptions — our experiences, the people we meet, our hopes for the future, and the conditions we live in.

As we stand on the cusp of what’s arguably the most transformational year of this century yet, the conversations we are a part of shape our experiences, hopes, and thereby our perceptions.

So, we decided to bring together FOuR Perspectives — thoughts from people from different walks of life on a single topic that impact them all. In the first episode of the FOuR Perspectives, our question is: What will be that one employee engagement method that will stay post-COVID-19?

To answer this, we brought together an HR head, CEO, entrepreneur, and a journalist.

Let’s hear it from the thought leaders Ajay Kumar, Amit Gupta, Poornima Shenoy, and Neha Jain.

In a shift from a real-time or live debate format, none of them have heard of the others’ views, and each participant has recorded their thoughts independently, thereby delivering their perspectives uninfluenced.

We hope you enjoy the first episode of FOuR Perspectives.

We would love to know your feedback!

Tell us, what are the topics you would like to hear different perspectives of? We will have them answered by the industry thought leaders.
