Women in Technology — Challenges & Opportunities

The significance of women in technology can be validated by the fact that organizations with better gender parity and women in the lead roles have been far more accomplished in their vision. A diverse workforce paves the way for a diverse organizational outlook, this is the exact reason why realizing agility, flexibility, innovation, and transformation is much more straightforward and uncomplicated.

At Continental, we have a target to increase the proportion of women in the first two management levels worldwide to 25 percent by 2025. We are continuously working towards this target through our various initiatives like Women@Work, WeLead, etc.

To understand the aspects of a contemporary work set-up and perspectives of women in technology, we invited an engineering leader, entrepreneur, teenpreneur, and a journalist, who share their experiences and viewpoint for an ideal diverse work ecosystem.
