How this simple tweak in the customer experience helps establish thought leadership while doing a service to the community

The Challenge

How do we facilitate an AMA or Q&A session in such a way that would be more valuable and substantial for the audience?

The Solution

We observed other AMA sessions from other content creators like Chris Do and came-up with an AMA Outline to use as a guide during the live stream.

The members were able to share more takeaways.

The Outcome

We found that through the AMA outline the flow of the conversation became easier for the audience to follow. This resulted to the audience being able to learn more from the session and be able to retain more information from what was shared. Focusing on improving customer experience helped achieve these results.

The Impact on the Business

Because the community was better informed and because the experience of this segment was improved, this fortified brand positioning and loyalty.

Focusing on how to present valuable information helps the community understand what the brand is all about and the values that it stands for. Being able to improve the experience of answering their questions helps in establishing thought leadership while doing a service to the community.

Facilitating AMA sessions for communities in a structured manner can prove to be beneficial in understanding the confusions and challenges that the members are facing. This knowledge can help us make better decisions in improving our service. It can also inform us of what content they might find valuable in the community.
