Why Tesla is a candy for grown people

It’s a well-known thing that Elon Musk’s company is stolen hearths across the world with every step they take. Cars. Wow. Rockets. Wow. Smart cities. Wow. Everything shines under Elon’s look.

How is this possible? How the hell is he doing it? Simple: he is a hero.

Maybe not the classical hero, with coat, superpowers and all this stuff, but an actual one. The things he does and the way he does them have made him a sort of semi-god (specially for techies) in which it’s easy to believe. He doesn’t fight against the villains of Gotham City or something similar, instead he builds objects and develop systems to make the world a better place to be.

Because we all love innovation. We all love that things work better and better everyday, satisfying our necessities and our desires of feel over the rest of the people who surround us by getting best stuff. And he represents innovation. The Steve Jobs of this time. The fucking Iron Man.

People love Tesla because Elon is cool. So Tesla is cool indeed. Who cares about what is a Supercharger? Sounds cool. Before you know it you will found yourself tweeting about the new ones that are being installed somewhere, even if you’re not going to use one of these in your whole life. Just because he is able to make you think these things are good enough to deserve your attention and convince you to consider a piece of shit all what we are using until this very moment.

I’m not saying this is wrong. We all must have things and people to trust but, hey, you have to relax (or buy a shiny brand-new Tesla).

Can I get now my candy, please?
