This is one of the many recipes that Aaron and I want to share with you. We are overjoyed for you to come with us on our journey as we put together different concoctions and laugh together (all while hoping to not burn our apartment down). Please enjoy these recipes as much as we have. We welcome you to a small, but intentional, part of our lives.

If you would like to read the post that accompanies this recipe, check it out here.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–3 Cucumbers
  • 2 Cans StarKist White Chunk Tuna
  • Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
  • Celery, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

How We Did It

  1. Open tuna and drain thoroughly. Put into a medium sized bowl.

2. Chop celery and add to tuna.

3. Add mayonnaise and mix tuna, celery, and mayonnaise (until to desired consistency — if you need more mayonnaise, feel free to add more!).

4. Place tuna in fridge to chill.

5. Peel cucumbers before cutting(not neccessary however — great source of fiber!).

6. Cut cumcumbers into 2–3 inch chunks.

7. Hallow out chunks with a small spoon (leave a small amount of cucumber at the bottom so tuna does not fall out.

8. Stuff cucumber with tuna.

9. Serve cold and enjoy!

A Final Note

Aaron and I had so much fun cooking this recipe together. We loved putting our own spin on it but we do need to give credit where it is due. Find the original recipe here:
