The Coop Network Weekly Update 25/2022
Great news this week on a new concept we are currently testing! That is Greenhouses dedicated to growing healthy vegetables, using only organic, rich substrate and natural rainwater that’s then filtered for PH control. Automated watering & solar energy ensures efficient energy use. The first test run was conducted for bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and beans, and the plants are thriving. Once proved viable it can be easily reproduced by both the project and the members. More on this sustainable project soon, but let’s have a quick look at how it looks so far.
Next, the results of our latest poll are in and very clear on what should be our top priority moving forward. We appreciate every vote and are already onto making the Mobile-App Wallet a reality.
We reminded our community the main advantages of GMD. On one hand, the increased decentralisation, thanks to no private/seed/pre-sales. It’s also deflationary, each hallmarked node burns 100k GMD from the COOP security wallets and earns the participant a 15% APY. This is also to encourage our community to run nodes on The Coop Network and contribute to the stability and security of the network. While earning rewards!
