Coorest NFTrees — Benefiting Local Communities and the World at Large

Coorest takes pride in the fact that it employs the strength of nature to combat climate change. This is done by taking advantage of real trees (conceptualised as individual NFTrees by Coorest), land ownership and agricultural practices. However, there are also more immediate effects of these practices — such as empowering local communities and farmers.

As the world’s population grew and the nations had to adopt more industrial means to fulfil the needs of their populations, the carbon footprint of individuals skyrocketed. Today, there are numerous movements aimed to support and bolster rural communities in order to make sure traditional agriculture and husbandry methods can provide adequate sources for an increasing number of people.
