To begin, would you mind sharing a bit about yourself and the topic that you’d like to discuss?
I am a creative living in the Bay Area. Ha! That could mean anything, but I enjoy that openness in my description. I like to make films, paint, write poetry, read, and go on long walks (maybe an occasional run). I live a fairly active lifestyle seeing that I am in between jobs, and in the meantime I like to bake my stress away. I have a disability — schizophrenia — which makes life a little more unbearable than the average person, but nobody wins at the comparison game. I like to consider myself a generalist, a person who knows a little about a lot, and I like to use the minute wealth of knowledge and experience I have to question authority, imagine a future, and yes, apply to jobs. Ugh!
