We’re already six days into 2022. How are you faring with your New Year’s resolutions?
Often, I find I have a burst of energy at the beginning of the year, but, if I’m not careful about how I frame my goals, that motivation can ebb as the months pass and life gets busy. In fact, if the daily habits I set for myself were framed to be ridiculously hard to achieve, I probably never got out of the starting gate.

Maybe you find yourself in the same situation. You set yourself a goal for a daily habit like, “I’m going to start a daily writing routine and churn out 2,000 words every single day.” Eventually, however, you realize how intimidating that goal actually is. Soon you’ve missed several writing sessions. And then you’re not showing up at your desk at all.
