Part I: Introduction

Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on Coreto?

Andrei Balaianu: Hello, I am Andrei Balaianu, Head of Development @Coreto. I have over 9 years of experience as a full-stack developer, architect, and leader. I have worked on projects of all shapes and sizes, including large-scale enterprise platforms and now I am bringing all that experience in building one of the most unique projects in the crypto space — Coreto.

Vlad Faraon: I am Vlad Faraon, Cofounder of Coreto.io. I spent my last 14 years in the corporate world, working for different multinational companies as a business developer and business growth strategies specialist. I have been active in the blockchain space since 2016 as a user of blockchain-based products. While my Co-Founder and CEO, Iustina, managed for 8 years her own digital marketing agency. It was one of the first digital agencies in Romania, working with national and international brands from industries like automotive, F&B, HealthCare, or IT&C.

Q2: What is the mission of your project? And what can users get from Coreto?

Vlad: In simple terms, with Coreto we’re building a reputation-based social platform oriented towards the crypto communities. Working on building TRUST in this industry.

Coreto’s main purpose is to offer a trust layer between the interactions of the parties involved in this space: retail investors, influencers, traders, pool owners, and projects.

A simple example would be: A trader keeps publishing successful TAs and starts gaining followers and supporters. He starts building prediction pools through the Staking of Opinion Pools (SOOP) and his performance score is growing. Now his community starts “giving him trust” and they also start backing his trades and participate with COR in his pools. In time, this particular trader will grow his audience, win his followers’ trust, and then start creating subscription-based content and developing a new income channel.

The Retail investor will save valuable time identifying the right individuals to follow, gain trading knowledge, and make profits if he chooses to open real trades based on the aforementioned example.

Q3: Could you explain a little about Coreto and what makes it different from other projects?

Andrei: Coreto is a reputation-based social platform for the crypto world. From investors, content creators, influencers, projects, or project teams, everyone has their place at Coreto.

We are building the necessary tools for every actor on this stage to use in order to share their knowledge and build their reputation using our unique TRUST and PERFORMANCE systems.

Everyone starts from zero, and the most important metric on Coreto is not the follower count, but the TRUST and PERFORMANCE users build for themselves by providing accurate, quality information for the community.

Also, everyone has the chance to earn $COR and monetize their knowledge. Users can also use $COR to get access to premium content and even 1-on-1 access to the experts that will prove themselves over time by having a strong reputation on the platform.

We are building a TRUST layer for the whole crypto space, and this is what I believe sets us apart from every other project.

Q4: How you tell us about some of the partner projects that are currently working with Coreto?

Vlad: We already have some great partnerships up to this point: Ferrum Network, Polygon ( formerly known as Matic), Router Protocol, and Dfyn. The blockchain space offers a lot of opportunities and potential partnerships. We’re constantly looking for projects that share our vision of creating a more trustworthy crypto space and help it get adopted more easily by the masses.

We’re now looking into a few new partnerships that will help us with some of the features we’ll be lining up for the future.

Q5: How can we use the product & what are the ways to get involved?

Andrei: Our platform is available as a closed ALPHA to a limited number of users for now, but we will be adding more and more users over time.

Until we get to the OPEN ALPHA and BETA phases, when users will be able to register freely on the platform, you can reserve your spot for the next batch of users by registering at https://reserve.coreto.io.

The best way to get involved is by registering for the ALPHA, sending us your feedback, and helping us spread the word about the project.

Part II: Forum questions

Q6: What are the major use case & utilities of $COR Token in your project ECOSYSTEM? What can we do with COR Token?

Vlad: The $COR token plays an essential part in our ecosystem. In order to use the Coreto platform at its full potential, $COR token must be either held in one’s wallet or spent inside the platform.

The main use case is to participate in our Staking Of Opinion Pools, by pledging or challenging other opinions.

You can win $COR by winning challenges with other traders as well. Tokens will be used to access the subscription-based content created by influencers as well. @balaianu mentioned above some of the use-cases as well.

Q7: As far as I can see, NFT and BSC are the next trends of new projects. As I know there are a lot of very good development projects on this platform, what do you think about this development?

Andrei: I believe that NFTs will have more and more use cases over the next few years and will help crypto space open up to the rest of the world. I believe that industries like gaming, sports, and the entertainment industry have only begun to discover all the ways NFTs can be used.

Regarding projects like BSC, which work on removing the friction in using and adopting blockchain technology by reducing or even removing the costs of transactions, I would say that they mark the beginning of the next big technology evolution in crypto.

Projects like Binance Smart Chain, Polygon/Matic Network, Chainlink, Polkadot, Hedera Hashgraph and so many more are now in the race to truly usher in the biggest wave of blockchain/crypto adoption we have seen so far.

We are following multiple such projects to see if and how we can benefit from all the new technology. We have already partnered up with Polygon and will be integrating it into the next phases of development.

Q8: Is it possible to exchange ideas from experts about the training materials provided by the content creators when necessary? How will a one-on-one mentoring system be implemented with blockchain experts?

Vlad: Anyone can become an influencer on Coreto and monetize their knowledge. But before having this option, one must prove himself.

Once a user gains “influencer” status, he will be able to choose if his content should be public or he wants to create subscriptions.

Regarding the 1–2–1 session, the expert will set his hourly fee (payable in $COR tokens) for his available slots and users will be able to book them. If demand is high, the expert can even choose to start an auction for his available slots.

The sessions will be either text, audio, or even video.

Q9: Does Coreto target only the Crypto Space? What about real-world companies?

Andrei: The long-term goal of Coreto is to become a TRUST layer that can be applied over any online interaction in any industry. Our TRUST and PERFORMANCE systems are now focused on the crypto industry.

Once perfected, we plan on making them available for the world at large, allowing any player in any industry to implement and use them and help build a safer online environment for all.

This is one of our long-term goals and part of our vision for Coreto.

Q10: What are your top 3 things for priorities in 2021? Could you share some plans for the upcoming year?

Vlad: Coreto is now in its Alpha version, open to a limited number of users, as @balaianu said earlier. You can still reserve your spot and be invited in the next batches of users here: https://reserve.coreto.io.

In our Alpha release, we’re focusing on testing and improving our SOOP algorithms, with emphasis on Traders at this point.

At the same time, we’re working on raising awareness about our project and grow our community.

And the 3rd goal for this year is to launch the open version of Coreto by Q4 this year.

Q11: Where can we get COR Token from?

Vlad: $COR has just been listed on ProBit Global:
https://www.probit.com/app/exchange/COR-USDT

And we’re also listed on Uniswap, Dfyn and Bilaxy.

Part III: Community questions

Q12: How will you generate profits/income to sustain your project and what is the revenue model? How will it benefit your investors and your project?

Vlad: Coreto will generate income mainly from projects that will claim their official pages on Coreto and the services that we’ll be able to provide for them. Apart from this, the platform will hold a small commission from SOOPs and the subscription packages created by the influencers.

Q13: Why should I invest in your token; do you guarantee I’ll be profitable?

Vlad: Nothing in life is guaranteed. I can guarantee that Coreto will help you, the retail investor, better identify the people who deserve your trust and attention. With the features that we’re integrating with Coreto, you will not need any other source of information in your due diligence process of finding new projects to invest in or the next successful trade.

Q14: Most investors simply focus on the price of the TOKEN in the short term, and not on the real value of the project. Can you tell us about the motivation and advantages of token investors in the long term?

Andrei: This is a great question.

As the $COR Token is an integral part of our platform and is used as both currency and reward in relation to all our major features, we expect that once we open up the platform to a larger audience, the demand for the token will grow with adoption and constant usage on the platform.

Q15: What type of developments do you have coming in the near future? Do you have any juicy news for us? What does your roadmap look like from here on out?

Andrei: We have just entered what we call Phase II of Coreto’s development. We have recently launched the Coreto Design Language (or CDL) and our new website based on CDL https://coreto.io.

On our website, you can find our roadmap and plans for the next ~1 year, with all the important milestones for each stage.

We have also just listed on Probit Global yesterday, and we have a lot of actions planned, some of them already being in motion.

We are constantly updating our community @Coreto, so join our group and stay up to date with everything we are working on.
