Right posture
Hi followers who are expected to do some exercise and have interesting dieting. Today, I want to post about right posture of exercise. Have you ever try to hire PT (Personal Trainer) for your work out? Or do you have experience to search hiring PT? IF you have experience than you would know how they are expensive. When I started work out, I did not know about PT because I was in the military and there was separated with those environmental. It made me to learn work out from my comrade, and got some bad habit about posturing. When I was done my duty, I went to gym to keep up the exercise, and noticed there are some PTs. I wanted to hire them but it was expensive to me. Fortunately, however, I could make a friend who was working at that gym. He helped me how to get right position. Is there any difference? Of course there are some changes. I could get less pain, and use my body more efficiently. I noticed at that time right posture is really important.
Recently, there are lots of wearable machines. Most of those gears want to measure how much calories you are using and tracking how much work out you have done. Another important function is measuring your posture. The most popular one is “wii”. There is a game title called wii fit. It tries to fit you having right posture when you using the wii with its own gear. I want to talk about more gears that support you more, but not today. I want to discuss later. Back to right posture, there are lots articles, they are warning to get and maintain right posture when you do work out. As your muscle mass increases, you can maintain a good posture with your body full of balance by positioning your muscles where you need them. If you put your posture properly in your strength training, you will get the habit of becoming the right posture in everyday life, so you always have the habit of keeping the right posture. Muscle shape should be correct when correcting posture during muscular exercise. If you misunderstand movement or wrong way of exercise, it will cause disability of body function. Particularly, adverse effects of the body during exercise or exercise may include sports history, sudden death, exercise addiction, active oxygen generation, sports injuries, and the like. The above example shows an extreme situation, but if the exercise posture is wrong, the effect of exercise is basically not expected. We want to make our body better than before. Right posture also give the balance our body shape. I want to give an example. Let’s say you spend lots of hours to make six pack, and finally you can get six pack, but you have not maintained right posture. It makes your six pack is not neat. You can make it high definite but it can be unbalanced. Yes, this is from wrong positioning habit. Thus, you should make sure that maintain and learn right posture in the beginning of exercise.
