Corl Appoints Ex-CEO of Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp William Tharp as Chief Revenue Officer

Brings Two Decades of Investment and Banking Experience with Track Record of Transforming and Scaling Global Companies

We are happy to announce the appointment of William “Bill” Tharp as Corl’s Chief Revenue Officer, effective immediately. Tharp brings over 30 years of experience to Corl and will be reporting directly to Sam Kawtharani, Corl’s Co-Founder and CEO. Mr. Tharp’s core objectives are to maximize shareholder value through product, pricing, sales, advertising, distribution and overall investor satisfaction.

As CRO, Mr. Tharp is responsible for the identification, management, and monitoring of revenue within the company. He has an extensive background in capital markets, asset management and investment banking, and brings decades of relevant experience managing multi-million-dollar funds in the royalties space to Corl. Mr. Tharp will work alongside the management team with the objective of maximizing shareholder return and innovating on Corl’s product offerings.

Mr. Tharp is on the board of various asset management and investee portfolio companies: LEAP Fund Management Limited, E2 Venture Fund, Indian Investments, InvestEco Capital Corp, Adventus Intellectual Property and Rtica. Mr. Tharp graduated in 1983 from the University of British Columbia, with a B.A. degree in Economics.
