Shortly after our milestone of being published in the WHO bulletin, the CoronaTracker app has reached its 11 millionth page view since it began last January. It’s not a cause for celebration given the current circumstance we now have in the world today. But we are humbled and thankful for the continuous support and trust being sent our way. We continue to be powered by some 500 volunteers globally and we are determined to keep getting better and better over time.
Just this morning, we launched version 2 of CoronaTracker. We now have a dedicated dashboard per country. Just add the two letter country code at the end of this URL: http://coronatracker.com/country/ (example: for Philippines, it’s coronatracker.com/country/PH).
Our team is continuously gatekeeping our statistics from fake numbers for all of the countries’ data. We now have a trustworthy network of volunteer reporters of official statistics on our public Telegram chat group on top of our API efforts and web crawlers.
