The World Health Organization’s bulletin published the research done by the team at Coronatracker this week. The full paper can be found here. Our first paper has been published at Bulletin of World Health Organization (WHO) with impact factor 6.818, Q1 and H index of 148. These academic terms mean “this paper is pretty good (prestigious), and it’s cited/read/downloaded by quite a large number of people.”

We are not just fighting fake news; we are promoting data integrity from our dashboards and making meaningful studies out of it for the advancement of medical research and biotechnology.

Coronatracker, the first covid19 dashboard tracking platform vetted by WHO

This gives a whole new meaning to the phase 1 of the project which involves the dashboard creation for realtime official updates of #covid19 incidences globally.

The team of volunteers is still hard at work in making sure that statistics are officially vetted or coming from the respective health departments of each impacted country.

The web developers are also slated to roll out a new version of the app at coronatracker.com. More research papers are underway coming from the raw dataset of outbreaks of #covid19 globally. We will be posting a separate update on this soon.

To keep up with the official statistics, the team of volunteers at Coronatracker is currently collating a list of all the official Department of Health or Ministry of Health data sources across the impacted countries. You can do your part by filling out the Google form for your respective country in this link: https://forms.gle/PQ68KSt7WdsHyroz7.

Please help spread the news and share this labor of love filled with love for data and integrity of data that informs and helps others. Let’s beat #covid19 together in all ways possible!
