For the past six years, Market Gravity have hosted the Corporate Entrepreneur Awards. This event celebrates the best of big business innovation, and recognizes that established corporate businesses can be creative, disruptive or simply customer focused. Innovation is not just for startups, just doing innovation at a big company takes something different.
We created the awards to recognize just this. As usual, the event will take place again in the London on the 20th October. Stay tuned for more details from our London team.
Traditionally, the awards have focused on great examples of new products, services, ventures or programs launched by corporates. In the UK this year, we’ll be doing just that.
However, over the years, whether through our own work or great examples of big business innovation, we’ve heard a lot of great stories.
So in the North American version, we thought we try something a little different. Instead of just celebrating the best new product or service launches, we thought we’d shine the spotlight on the innovators themselves.
Call them what you like, big business innovators, corporate entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be speaking with the best of them and featuring their work right here. Stay tuned for our first piece, it’s in the works.
If you’re interested in taking part in our series, know someone who would be perfect and deserves to be recognized for their blood, sweat and tears — get in touch!
