Corsair’s Ventures is looking for an aspiring, talented professional to join our team. We need a rainmaker. To play on my own background — An Analyst by Nature, A Sales Engineer by Trade, and A Storyteller at Heart. In other words, we are looking for a lot!
The risks are high. We are a young company and our revenue stream even more so. We also need someone in the DC to NY corridor — preferably close to Baltimore (at least for a while). The compensation will be mostly commissioned-based (at least for a while).
The opportunity is colossal! We aren’t looking for years of experience. We are looking for attitude, potential, and inner talent. We need someone who wants to learn our space, our model, and our ecosystem. The long term rewards will more than compensate for the short-term risk. But we are clearly looking for someone willing to take a gamble.
Still in school, looking for a change, need some flexibility? We are not your typical organization, but our clients tend to be a little more mainstream than we are. Our ideal candidate will need to adapt, to build bridges, and strong relationships. This is not a 9 to 5. It does not require in-the-box thinking. It does require some wisdom and maturity.
