CortexDAO is a fully decentralized protocol managed by vlCXD holders. In an effort to facilitate rapid growth and forward momentum, the protocol must include a framework for community engagement and development.
The DAO Constitution provides the foundation of operating principles for protocol governance. The goal is to elicit feedback from the CXD community in the Cortex forum and make updates ahead of a formal proposal.
vlCXD Holders Shape the DAO Constitution
All vlCXD holders are encouraged to share feedback in the official DAO Constitution forum thread.
The thread will remain open for 7 days. After, feedback will be evaluated. If any feedback provided is deemed actionable, it will be included in the final version and formalized in a proposal that will be submitted for voting on Snapshot.
This constitution outlines:
- The first set of parameters which can be adjusted through governance.
- Thresholds of which the parameters can be adjusted within.
- Governance proposal process.
