Press Release: Cortex AG is Volkswagen Logistic — Top Innovator 2019

Cortex AG is one of the top 10 innovators of VW Logistics Scouting 2019. After a two-year scouting process with over 400 applicants worldwide, Cortex AG is now one of the top 10 innovative solutions of VW Logistics Scouting 2019. At the INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS Solution Day on 14 May 2019 in Wolfsburg, Germany, the 10 top innovators will present their solutions. The aim is to put the innovations into practice in the Volkswagen Group’s factories.

Together with the Institute for Production Management (IPM), we conducted a worldwide innovation competition and identified some of the most innovative providers of automotive logistics.

With over 300 decision-makers from the Volkswagen Group and more than 200 conference topics from management positions, the INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS Solution Day is regarded as one of the most important conferences in the field of innovative logistics. Every two years, it is the international meeting place for logistics and production experts in the automotive industry. Around 60 exhibitors present their products and services in the field of logistics. In addition, managers and executives from Volkswagen Plant, Brand and Group Logistics as well as logistics experts from business practice and science and automotive suppliers will discuss the future prospects of logistics on the basis of innovative product and process solutions and develop options for action.
