Cortex Project Updates #19

Technical Updates
- Integrated OpenCL version of miner (an implementation of Cuckoo Cycle) in Cortex Miner and optimized its memory usage;
- Fixed a bug in the Cuda version of Cortex Miner on Nvidia 2080Ti, which improved mining efficiency;
- Investigated different chips and virtual machines to realize the implementation of CVM such as research on the model quantification scheme from Bitmain’s chip;
- Adjusted Cortex’s storage layer model synchronization mechanism, reconstructed the data reception waiting for logic, and corrected the logic of node mutual trust.

Holiday notice
Due to Chinese New Year, the Cortex team in China will be on holiday from February 4th to February 11th. As a result, the next bi-weekly report will be postponed to February 22nd, 2019.
