The Artwork <牡丹亭Rêve之标目蝶恋花 — The Info-tech’s Penetration> of SongTing in Collaboration with Cortex on-chain AI was Auction-off for 667K CNY
The <牡丹亭Rêve之标目蝶恋花 — The Info-tech’s Penetration> is one of the advocates of the collaboratory AI-Human drama-experiment adapted by artist Song Ting from the classic Kunqu opera “Peony Pavilion.” In the experimental drama <牡丹亭rêve> each role’s “dreams” are the key actors with the help of human actors, algorithmic NPCs, and human audiences. In order to create the color plane in the artwork, Ting worked in collaboration with the artificial intelligence model of the Cortex chain, Song Ting also launched the <牡丹亭> plus <蝶恋花>lyrics, and 2021 the understandings of “classical love” by the contemporary people are be encrypted in sha1 and stored on the screen in data fragments.
At last, the artwork was sold for RMB 667,000 at China Guardian, ultimately showing the potential of this emerging artwork.
