How do you reach the blogosphere?

I’m no meteorologist, but I know that there is a science of meteorology (which, curiously, is not the study of meteors), and that meteorologists can tell you all about the atmosphere: how it works, what it’s made of, how it moves, and how that movement affects the weather and our ability to breathe. But apparently we have this thing called the “blogosphere” these days, and I’m wondering if there are any scientists who study it. I wonder, because to my mind, the blogosphere is even more mysterious than the atmosphere.
