As we leap into decentralised hyperspace, more than one crypto ship has been wrecked on the red sea. As crypto maximalists, our team want all worthwhile projects to succeed and hope that the general market sentiment recovers soon. We’re here to tell you, though, that Cosmic Champs is sailing through the empyrean space just fine, and wanted to share our wins with you.
The Market
The value of Algorand has taken a hit in the last few days (please don’t cry), and as an ASA token, this means that Cosmic Gold is available cheaper than ever before. We hope that your space suit comes with super-strong bags so you can load up!
As we look at the charts at the time of writing, the COSG token price is holding up BETTER than most other Algo projects, which we consider a sign that better times are on the way. Of course, reading the crypto markets is even harder than reading the stars so DYOR.
Development
As we are a VC backed NFT game in development, we have funds to keep production going of the Cosmic Champs game regardless of market conditions. That means we are in the uniquely elysian position to keep on with our mission of producing the best play to earn, real-time 3D game that Algorand has ever seen. We hope you agree!
Roadmap
We are on track with our roadmap, with our Singularity Era 1 NFT drop happening in early June on a dedicated marketplace and the Beta version of the game released at the end of the quarter. If you want to be involved in the Closed Beta testing, make sure to get an Era 1 NFT — gameplay footage will be released before the NFT drop.
