Guide to COSG Holder Rewards
If you hold our token Cosmic Gold (ASA 1065092715) then you may be eligible for special rewards. This blog post will tell you exactly what those rewards are, how you can access them, and when they will be distributed.
First, let’s look at the amount of COSG required to qualify for each tier of rewards and what those rewards are.

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?
Tier 4 — Bronze
Minimum requirement: 7,000 COSG
Rewards:
Bronze Rock NFT each month
- 1 token for any future Champ NFT private shuffle
- 1 ticket for the monthly NFT lottery
- +1% in-game base stats of all champs
- +5% increased in-game rewards
- Bronze dashboard unlock
Tier 3 — Silver
Minimum requirement: 25,000 COSG
Rewards:
Silver Rock NFT each month
- 4 tokens for any future Champ NFT private shuffle
- 4 tickets for the monthly NFT lottery (5 total)
- +2% in-game base stats of all champs
- +10% increased in-game rewards
- Silver dashboard unlock
- Free battle pass (future)
Tier 2 — Gold
Minimum requirement: 60,000 COSG
Rewards:
Gold Rock NFT each month
- 10 tokens for any future Champ NFT private shuffle
- 10 tickets for the monthly NFT lottery
- +3% in-game base stats of all champs
- +25% increased in-game rewards
- Gold dashboard unlock
- Free battle pass (future)
- 1 token for planet NFT sales
Tier 1 — Diamond
Minimum requirement: 150,000 COSG
Rewards:
Diamond Rock NFT each month
- 25 tokens for any future Champ NFT private shuffle
- 25 tickets for the monthly NFT lottery
- +5% in-game base stats of all champs
- +50% increased in-game rewards
- Diamond dashboard unlock
- Free battle pass (future)
- 3 tokens for planet NFT sales

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REWARDS
Qualification for COSG holder rewards is assessed on the 1st of each month using a snapshot of all holders. Our snapshot includes all COSG held in your wallet, staked on Cometa, and used to provide liquidity in the COSG/ALGO pairs on Tinyman, Humble, and Pact. You do not need to withdraw your tokens to your wallet. They will be counted in each of those locations. If you have tokens in multiple locations then make sure they were sent to the staking pool or liquidity from the same wallet so we can calculate the correct combined total for you. To qualify for one month’s rewards you need to hold COSG from the 1st of one month until the 1st of the next month. If you hold enough COSG to qualify for a reward tier then you will receive your rewards before the end of the month when the second snapshot was taken. For example, if you held 7000 COSG on the 1st of January and on the 1st of February then you would qualify for the Bronze tier and rewards would be distributed to you by the last day of February.
HOW TO ACCESS THE REWARDS
Most of the rewards are accessed through space rocks that will be distributed each month. Each tier has its own unique space rock every month. Each space rock delivers rewards for the month (4 weeks) that it is issued. To receive a space rock, you will need to opt your wallet into the ASA for that month’s space rock. You can check if your wallet qualified for the current month’s holder rewards here: https://beta.cosmicchamps.com/tiers. The ASAs for the space rocks will also be listed on this website. We will attempt to distribute space rocks during the month they are valid. If you fail to opt into the space rock then you will miss out on most of the rewards.
Each month you qualify for a tier you are entitled to rewards for that single month only. You cannot delay your rewards and redeem them at a later date. There will be a new space rock each month so you will need to opt your wallet into the ASA for your tier’s space rock each month that you qualify.
Holding a space rock in your wallet will unlock the following rewards:
- Tokens for Champ NFT private shuffles
- In-game boost to the base stats of all champs (valid for 4 weeks from the data ASAs are announced — multiple space rocks cannot be stacked)
- Upgraded battle dashboard in-game (valid for 4 weeks from the data ASAs are announced)
- Free battle pass (valid for 4 weeks from the data ASAs are announced)
- Tokens for planet NFT sales
If you qualify for the Diamond tier, please send Cosmic Matty#6797 or SimonB#6934 a DM on Discord and we will add you to a private chat with the founders. This private chat is also how you will purchase an NFT from the treasury if you wish to do so.
WHEN WILL THE REWARDS BE DISTRIBUTED
Space rocks
The space rocks will be distributed before the end of the same month that the second snapshot was taken. They will be valid for 4 weeks from the date ASAs are announced. It is your responsibility to opt into the ASA to receive your space rock. We will distribute the space rocks according to the schedule: once per day for the first week following announcement of the ASAs then once per week for the rest of the month period.

Shuffle tokens for Champs
All tokens for future Champ NFT shuffles will be distributed at the time of the shuffle. How many shuffle tokens you are entitled to depends on the tier of your space rocks and how many you have in your wallet at the time of the shuffle.
NFT lottery
The NFT lottery will be conducted within a week of the 2nd snapshot used to assess tier qualification. It will be streamed live on our Twitch.
In-game stats boost
We haven’t yet added this functionality to the game as it requires careful balancing. We will most likely add this next quarter (Q3).
Upgraded battle dashboard
Tier-specific battle dashboards have been added to the closed beta. All you need to do to access your shiny new dashboard is connect the wallet that contains your space rock. Voilà you have a special battle dashboard!
Free battle pass
We haven’t yet added a battle pass to the game. This will likely happen leading up to our official game launch in Q4 2023. We will make an announcement when this reward is accessible.
Tokens for Planet sales
They will be distributed at the time of the sale. Same as for Champ shuffle tokens. The number of tokens you receive will be calculated based on how many gold and diamond space rocks you hold in your wallet.
