● Staff Interview: 10 Questions & Answers with Yumin Park, Manager of Management Support Team

1. Please introduce yourself.
   Hello, my name is Yumin. I am in charge of administrative support and human resources at Cosmochain.
   I might remind you of a fresh orange. I think my brightness gives positive energy to people around me.
   I think of myself as diligent — I work hard during the weekdays. I am also a passionate and loving person who likes to spend weekends drinking and dancing.
2. What is your responsibility at Cosmochain?
   My primary duties include finance and HR. More specifically, I manage employees’ annual leave, their coming and leaving, VAT and expense execution, etc.
   Recently, I have been trying to come up with several surveys and benefits to increase the employees’ happiness at work, but it’s not easy. I want to work harder to make Cosmochain a better place to work.
3. How is the work culture at Cosmochain?
   At Cosmochain, we communicate freely and honestly. It is surprising that no one is close-minded.
   Also, we hold monthly town hall meetings to share transparently what each person is working on, how the company is operating, etc.
   I think this allows employees to really bond into one team, and create a better work environment.
4. Many holders say they want to join Cosmochain. What kind of people can easily adapt to Cosmochain?
   Personal ability would be important depending on job or task. But generally, people who take the initiative in looking for what they need to do and develop themselves can quickly adapt to Cosmochain. I think it’s important to carve one’s way even if nobody asks for.
5. Are you currently recruiting for any job at Cosmochain?
   We are not recruiting at this moment.
   To give you a tip, I have seen many cases in which interns or part-timers were employed full-time. We are open to anyone who has abilities and passion.
6. What is the biggest advantage of working at Cosmochain?
   I think it’s the work environment. You can search for your own tasks, so you get to become more passionate and enthusiastic. In my case too, I am the only one in charge of administrative tasks, so I contemplated a lot whether what I’m doing is correct or not.
   That’s why I continue to study, and how I could grow as a member of Cosmochain. I think it would be the same for everyone else. Also, Cosmochain is where anyone with capability can take an important role regardless of age, and we can work freely with team members who have young and sound mind.
7. How is it to work together with CEO Howon Song?
   Nothing is impossible! It’s surprising to see that every word from him becomes reality.
   He pushes ahead with everything based on a nothing-is-impossible attitude. He does not hesitate to go on a one-day business trip, and he evens travels on business after having surgery when the anesthetic hasn’t worn off yet. Sometimes he is so eccentric that I wonder if it’s really possible. He is that much responsible and passionate when working. Looking at him, I also try hard not to disturb his work. He makes me to become more passionate about my work.
8. How is daily schedule of CEO Howon Song?
   His daily schedule is filled with internal and external meetings, one-day business trips, etc. He fills his day with work not wasting a single moment. I have rarely seen him having a lunch, and I never saw him going on a trip or having a vacation. Sometimes he listens to rock or hip-hop music while working — this is his “healing time” — and it makes me excited too!
9. What is Cosmochain’s strength in terms of workforce composition?
   A required number of employees are working with full capacity in most required places. You can feel that Cosmochain absolutely needs you.
10. Last words to our holders?
    Well, this is the toughest question. I think myself as a housekeeper of Cosmochain. If I create an environment where the employees can work happily, we will be able to make a better service, right? Then, our holders will be happy, and I will be happy too.
    I will work extra hard to make all members of Cosmochain happy. Let’s go to the moon!!!!!

1. Singapore Business Trip

Cosmochain CEO Howon Song visited Singapore to discuss listing on a global exchange, attracting new investment, business partnership, etc. He also met with Maxim, CEO of Enjin — another partner of Samsung Galaxy S10. Details are secret.

2. Coffee Chat

Cosmochain held two coffee chats with CEO Howon Song on May 27 and 28. These coffee chats were held on a small scale to meet holders outside Seoul. We shared latest business updates, received constructive feedback from holders, and addressed various concerns and questions.

3. Meet-up

Cosmochain meet-up will be held during the third week of June (June 17 ~ June 21). We are currently confirming final schedule of attendees, and the schedule will be finalized early next week.

At this meet-up, we will give a big announcement that will be ‘happier’ than anything Cosmochain has ever done. We hope many of you will look forward to it.

1. What was the transfer of 0.8 bn COSM from Upbit to Bittrex?
   As mentioned in the official announcement, the large transfer of COSM transaction that occurred on May 29 was a mere transfer between cold and hot wallets. We hope there are no misunderstanding about this.
