Cosmos Africa Offline Event
On the 25th day of may 2020, cosmos Africa successfully held an offline event, this event signaled the beginning of a series of events that will be taken place in the African continent, all aimed at establishing the presence of the cosmos project in Africa. The event was attended by blockchain enthusiasts and Believers.
This event gave us the opportunity to educate the attendants about the cosmos project and how it is very important in enabling interoperability amongst different blockchains and dapps.
In adherence to the CDC guidelines regarding the covid-19 A total of 16 persons attended and participated in the event, the sequence of events was as follows.

- Closing Remarks
During the presentation, the organiser and resource person chid,explained in details the advantages of the cosmos project and how tendermint powers the cosmos proof of stake. he also discussed briefly about other consensus used by other projects.
He also explained to the attendants the objectives of Cosmos Africa and how they can get involved.
The event lasted for 4 hour with different questions answered,the peak was during the Networking session which enabled the participants to know and network with each other, a full stack developer was in attendance and also there were suggestions on how to make the African community very vibrant and efficient.
