If you haven’t opened a COTI wallet yet, now is the time. Click here to learn how to open a COTI wallet.
Please note that locked and unlocked coins will be shown in your wallet. Once you have opened your wallet and received your COTI coins, you will see two balances:
Total Unlocked Balance :
Stands for available coins that can be traded or moved.
Locked Balance:
Stands for locked coins, which will be released and become available by the end of your lockup period.

Where can I view my balance?
Log in to your wallet. You will see your balance under ‘overview’.
Why do I have two balances?
Your total unblocked balance reflects the available coins you have at the moment. Your locked balance reflects the coins that are not yet available. Once your lockup period ends, your coins will be transferred to your total unlocked balance.
How do I transfer coins?
Click on ‘sent’ in your wallet, then fill in how much you want to transfer and the address you want to make the transfer to.
How do I know how long my coins are locked up for?
If you have a lockup period, your lockup balance will appear in your wallet. If you don’t remember your lockup period, please contact support@coti.io for further clarification.
Are deposits and withdrawals from the MainNet wallet or COTI-X?
In order to receive or send funds from your COTI wallet, you will need to log into your COTI wallet and send your COTI coins, or provide your COTI wallet address to receive coins. COTI-X is still in beta and not available to the public.
Why can’t I transfer my coins?
If your coins have a lockup period, then they will not be accessible until the lockup period ends. If your coins are not locked, and you still cannot send transactions, then please contact support@coti.io.
What exchanges will you be listed on?
We are already in talks with several other exchanges. Although we cannot comment on specific arrangements, our aim is to have the COTI token trading on several top tier exchanges within the first few months.
