The Cardano DeFi Alliance (CDA) has added COTI to their exclusive consortium of projects with the primary mission of standardizing Cardano best practices within the DeFi ecosystem.

CDA aims to drive composability across Cardano DeFi protocols. CDA offers a framework to Plutus protocol development teams who are focused on collaboration of key issues and their strategic development.

Shahaf Bar-Geffen, COTI’s CEO said: “We are happy to join CDA, the Cardano DeFi Alliance. By powering Djed, the main native algorithmic stablecoin of the Cardano DeFi network, we feel it is only natural to take part of this important alliance to contribute to the standardization of best practices within the Cardano DeFi ecosystem”.

About CDA:

The primary mission of the CDA is to provide collaboration among leading DeFi protocols, provide open-source libraries, craft best practices, and innovate within the Cardano DeFi ecosystem. This mission will be pursued through both a public-facing component and an internal component. The public-facing component will consist of: clear and transparent communications with the Cardano DeFi community, creating open-source development libraries, documentation, and providing support to DeFi protocols. The internal component will consist of: leveraging developer & entrepreneurs knowledge to spur innovation, contributing strategic plans & visions, and providing support to IOG through collaboration on key issues.
