Meet The COTI Team, Featuring: Tamir Mizrahi

As the COTI team continues to grow at a rapid pace, we wanted to introduce our team for you to get to know them better.

This week, we are excited to introduce our new customer support manager, Tamir Mizrahi. Support is an integral part of the COTI services and we are always working to improve our users’ experience. We asked Tamir five questions to get to know him better, check it out:

1. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got into Crypto?

The fascination I have with cryptocurrency started four years ago when I was traveling abroad for work. I was intrigued by the meaning behind cryptocurrency and the positive effects it could have one the world. I started studying everything I could, trading, DeFi, NFTs, technology — I wanted to know everything.

2. What attracted you to COTI?

My experience as a business owner and entrepreneur for the past five years has shown me the problems that arise from the current payment solutions around the world. COTI is solving these problems by creating an ecosystem that will change the way we do business. I knew I had to be a part of the revolution, and COTI is definitely the place to do it

3. What do you hope to improve from within COTI’s support department?

COTI’s support team strives to provide its users with the best customer service. I intend to bring my knowledge in crypto and community support to maximize the support department’s reactivity. You can expect faster response times, quicker KYC approvals, and new features that will make both our internal and external processes more efficient.

4. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

A favorite hobby of mine is to taste and roast different kinds of coffee. My family has a coffee business, so we all have a special love for a good cup of coffee.

5. Can you describe yourself in 3 emojis?

🕵🏻‍♂️ 🤔 ☕️

Stay tuned to get to know more of the COTI team members.
