E-signatures being the only saviour of a paperless office, Countasign comes to aid you with the best e-signature application.

Countasign, a single space for your agreements, contracts and other docs that need a signature. It provides you service with a easy to follow steps of 3.

Before starting over, you need to create a signature of your own, if it is your first time with countasign.

Creating your own signature

1. Choose Document.

Where is your document? No matter where, you can either drag and drop or even use existing documents.

2. Assign Document.

Assign signees with whom you want to share the doc and get their signatures done. You can either have a sole signee (yourself), or multiple signees (2 or more). Enter their email ids, to make this document available to them, after you sign.

3. Sign Document.

Now, having done the choosing and assigning, all you have to do is sign. You can choose from your saved signatures or make a new one. You can take any number of retries to get to your actual ideal signature.

Now, that you are done with your part, all that is remaining is the other person’s task.

The Aftermath.

The other signee receives a email notification from us, stating that you have requested their signature on a document.

Once he clicks on review and sign, the document opens and the place holders that was assigned for him/her alone is visible, making your signature and details hidden.

After he is done, he clicks send and then you receive a mail stating that your doc has been countasigned.

Now, the document is ready and out for filing!
