As a UX content architect, how could I not nerd out about the words The Riddler uses to lead The Batman to answers? Or does he lead him to more riddles? His nifty content modelling style definitely get him hired our guild. Spoilers ahead!

Lying, still.

A murder. Pretty straightforward riddle: the victim lies still. Plus, his lies are still in this world: corruption is infesting Gotham city.

The rat in the maze, the bat in this space.

In another moment, The Batman investigates a maze for rats, while he himself navigates a maze of his own. Rats and bats need to find a way out of the labyrinth, no matter the cost. The Batman is vengeance — even if it seems like there is no way out.

URLs, but verbal.

One of the more elaborate wordplays mixes Spanish and English. Since my Spanish knowledge does not exceed the first round of Duolingo:

When they confront Penguin over this, he points out the Spanish is incorrect since “rata alada” should be preceded by “la” and not “el.” This has Batman rethink the message and realize “You are el” is a homophone for “URL,” essentially meaning a website. (screenrant.com)
