Seize the day!
So Saxon are a kind of band where they are both somewhat well-known and regarded but are also at the same time, unknown by a lot of people or in my view at least, underappreciated. They came right at the time when the New Wave of British Heavy Metal was just coming into play, releasing their first album in 1979 and getting their big break in 1981 with ‘Denim and Leather’.
