The 1990s were a very interesting time for Eastwood’s work, giving maybe his most diverse collection of films. We got a film based on the behind-the-scenes antics on John Huston’s The African Queen, a buddy cop movie where Eastwood gives way to the next generation… and then doesn’t, a romance, a voodoo crime courtroom comedy…
