Pancakes are maybe one of the most easiest thing we could make for breakfast. Easy to prepare and fast to cook. I know you guys have your own pancake recipe that maybe your great great great grandmother passed down throughout generations. But if you don’t have a family recipe, then here’s one I found for you.
Servings: 10
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ tsps baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cups whole milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. (Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar)
- Melt the butter in the microwave. Set aside.
- Mix the egg and milk together.
- Pour the butter and milk mixture into the medium bowl with all dry ingredients.
- Using a whisk, mix them all together. The outcome should be a thick and lumpy mixture.
6. On medium heat, heat up a lightly oiled skillet.
7. Pour the batter, maybe about ¼ cup each, onto the skillet.
8. Wait until the side of the pancake turns golden brown and then flip it to its other side.
