Pancakes are maybe one of the most easiest thing we could make for breakfast. Easy to prepare and fast to cook. I know you guys have your own pancake recipe that maybe your great great great grandmother passed down throughout generations. But if you don’t have a family recipe, then here’s one I found for you.

Servings: 10

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ tsps baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. (Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar)
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave. Set aside.
  3. Mix the egg and milk together.
  4. Pour the butter and milk mixture into the medium bowl with all dry ingredients.
  5. Using a whisk, mix them all together. The outcome should be a thick and lumpy mixture.

6. On medium heat, heat up a lightly oiled skillet.

7. Pour the batter, maybe about ¼ cup each, onto the skillet.

8. Wait until the side of the pancake turns golden brown and then flip it to its other side.
