What drives each team within our organization? It’s definitely ​data​. We love it. We meet every day at daily stand-up to assess how we are doing — it’s great to see all 4 offices connected. A data-driven approach is essential for the future of businesses and we are well aware of it. What’s more, when new employees are presented to the team, they are asked to speak up with the fun fact about themselves, which is often something peculiar, like having 12 dogs or being an ‘on the side’ sous-chef. In turn, this makes us laugh a lot or brings a smile into the data-driven meeting. Right here, our curiosity for culture issues pops up and we’re often amazed by people’s fun facts. One of the perks of working in a fun-filled startup environment would be creating everything from scratch, building teams, and processes. The simpler, the better. We value our time, our customer’s time and therefore simplicity​ is our code for success.

What do we all thrive for? All of our colleagues have a curiosity for knowledge. We strive to improve all of the time; improve processes, simplify our customer experience, and in my case, build a positive and motivating employee experience. We mentioned curiosity as an overall characteristic of the CW employee and we see it not only at a professional level but also at a more personal level. In order to avoid limiting ourselves and our abilities, we have created themed slack groups to inspire discussion over several topics.
