Covesting launches Beta testing for a limited number of users

Time has flown since we invited you to register and participate in Beta testing, and we are very excited to announce that Beta testing of our cryptocurrency trading platform has just started!

We really hope this will be a nice surprise for you — not because this launch is unexpected, on the contrary, we made it happen just as we planned, strictly in line with the roadmap. We did our best to surprise you with the quality of our product, a wide range of functions, and the outstanding performance instead.

What will happen during the Beta testing

We have selected 200 Beta testers among all users who registered on our site before March 30.

By the way, congratulations, the lucky ones! We are very honoured to have you as our Beta testers, and we have no doubts that you will help us improve and turn our platform into the most amazing venue for cryptocurrency traders and investors. We selected the most loyal community members as well as experienced testers for this sprint.

The selected Beta testers have been provided with the initial deposit of 0.2ETH to explore even the most secret corners of our platform. Also, the testers will share their opinions about what we have to improve or change.

We are very impatient to learn what you think and will immediately start polishing the trading platform!

The scale of the Beta testing will gradually increase: we will keep adding new features for testing, and as the number of challenges grows, more and more Beta testers will be joining the process. We are strongly determined to make the development of our platform a non-stop process, and the fact that we are one step away from releasing the final version of the project does not mean we will stop working on our platform. On the contrary, we want to make it a benchmark of user-friendliness.

As we have already said, we really appreciate the contribution of our Beta testers to the improvement of the cryptocurrency trading platform. We have prepared awards for the most active Beta testers to thank them. They will be able to withdraw all the funds (the initial deposit as well as all profits) from their Covesting accounts and will have an opportunity to win 2,000$ in COV!

Here is a brief roadmap of platform developments and beta releases

Release 1.0 — this is the very initial Desktop version of the platform. We made only a limited number of features available in this version, but these features are among the most important ones. 200 people will be testing the functionality of the platform and report bugs.

Further releases — we will add considerably more features during future releases of our platform. In addition, the new versions will be suitable both for Desktop and your favourite gadgets. Also, we will increase the amount of testers to 1,000.

The Desktop version of the platform

Exchange. We are ready to present the basic version of it in the current release. It already features a very convenient layout, and we are confident our Exchange can make trading a really enjoyable experience. And we are not even half way to complete its development. We will eliminate all bugs related to trade execution and add much more features to it going forward. Right now in the Exchange section you can:

• Place market and limit orders
• See a dynamically updated order book
• Monitor the history of your orders
• See the composition of your trading portfolio ($/%)

You will see the following features in next releases:

• New order types
• Algorithmic trading
• Marginal trading
• Improved internal matching engine

And much more cutting-edge functions, you will learn about them very soon.

Integrated TradingView charts. We want to make our platform a one-stop source for traders, so that they do not have to waste their time looking for additional tools, having access to them in one place instead.

Technical analysis is important not only for traditional, but also for cryptocurrency markets, it helps traders make well-grounded and reasonable decisions, that is why we embedded advanced technical analysis tools in our platform. To make it even more convenient, we enabled the full screen view of the charts.

Dashboard. With all this extreme volatility on the markets, it is very important for cryptocurrency traders to keep track of their performance. We took this into account while creating the Dashboard, and it is now a perfect resource of all information about trading results. Here traders can see:

• Current and historical performance
• The allocation of the portfolio with % of asset distribution
• A flexible yield curve, which allows traders to see the results of their trading activity for an hour, day or the entire trading period

This section will also be continuously updated and improved to make all important information available at a glance.

Public trading performance. Even as this is only the first Beta release of our platform, we decided to allow traders to make their performance and trading profiles public. We believe this is an amazing opportunity for our early birds to start performance tracking and building up profiles as early as now.

At this stage, we offer no advanced search option, but it is coming very soon.

Also in the coming versions of the platform, users will be able to share their experience and leave comments on strategies of traders.

Once our platform becomes fully functional, you will receive 20% of all fees paid by your referrals instantly after each transaction. By the way, we have prepared a special marketing kit for you, it can download it in this section and use it for promotional purposes.

Support. Full-fledged support is what many exchanges lack nowadays, but user safety and positive user experience are top priorities for Covesting, and our support specialists will be accompanying the traders even during the Beta testing period.

Better to be safe than sorry

The safety of your accounts is a top priority for us. Cold storage and multi-cluster system architecture, full data encryption and anti-DDoS protection will provide unbreakable protection for your assets. In addition, our platform is already protected via a 2-factor authentication. Security is not something optional, it is indispensable and must-have for us, no matter if it is Beta testing or a fully operational platform!

Security audits. We are indeed VERY serious about security measures! We have started cooperation with a top independent security audit firm that will perform audit of our platform. Moreover, we want to eliminate all security risks, that is why we asked white hat hackers for help, and they will identify all security vulnerabilities. We will provide you with reports on the audit in the near term.

As you know, Covesting is incorporated in Gibraltar and is working towards receiving a DLT licence. This licence is given only to companies that comply with the strictest standards in such areas as cybersecurity, risk management, IT controls, and security audits are a mandatory part of obtaining and keeping this licence.
