We have done hundreds of interviews on both sides and know the first couple questions are going to be similar. Covey saves Recruiters and Candidates time by asking two questions that always come up:
- Tell us about your career goals?
- Pitch us your favorite stock (thesis, why different than others, price target)
Videos are time stamped and saved to the Candidate profile, Candidates have two tries at them and can use them for multiple companies.

Covey is an ongoing connection with College campuses. We serve large organizations with big budgets and long cycles along with small firms with faster hiring goals. Whether you are hiring two years in advance or the summer of, Covey will connect you to students who are vetted and interested.
How it Works
To access hundreds of vetted students across dozens of schools, Recruiters create a Covey Community specific to their firm or job posting. Covey then works on the Recruiters behalf reaching out to our pool of talent, inviting them to join the Covey Community. Recruiters get to approve new joiners, and Candidates can be part of multiple communities. Recruiters get an admin view of all the data on Candidates that join the community and connect with Candidates directly through email for second and third rounds.
