Day 56 — Monday 18 May 2020

The biggest news for me today was the report on Centivax’s successful testing in 3 independent laboratories of their antibodies. See link to the article below. These antibodies could be used to create drugs or potentially vaccines. I’m not a big fan of vaccines or drugs, but obviously do believe this may have to be a necessary intervention during these scary days on the planet. And I warned to both Jacob Glanville and Sarah Ives in Netflix’s Pandemic.

In other news, we started output second week this week with delivering Taiko drumming lessons online and live. There’s always lots to do, like updating the online resources website pages for our students and liaising with them on their technical issues, it’s certainly keeping me busy.
