I probably missed a few stores because many of the ones listed above also power/own additional secondary stores. So if all else fails, simply search for my name and book title at your favorite retailer. Moreover, as you can see the only vendor that has the paperback version is Amazon. Honestly, the e-book version looks far nicer anyway.
