Greetings,

Coinplug Team is happy to share some exciting news: Gwangjae Lee, a South Korean presidential candidate, announced he will use Coinplug’s blockchain technology to evaluate his policies ahead of the preliminary election in early July. This campaign was launched on June 28th and aims to see the voters’ preference among three proposed policies. Participants will receive a special NFT (Non-Fungible Token), named “Gwangjae-hyung” as proof of participation.

THEPOL is Coinplug’s blockchain-based online voting and survey platform. The use of DID (Decentralized Identifiers) guarantees the result's reliability by eliminating the risks of forgery and tampering. With THEPOL, people can directly participate in public opinion polls on various social issues, such as presidential support surveys. In addition, poll and survey creators can reward the participants with META coins.

“Our goal is to continue developing THEPOL as a core platform that gives voice to people’s opinions regarding a wide range of issues, such as politics, economy, and culture.” said Aiden Ha, THEPOL’s Director. “Starting with this policy evaluation, we will build a wide range of content in THEPOL to enable the public to understand and evaluate government policies.”

Coinplug is consistently working to bring blockchain innovation into people’s daily lives. Join us in this journey!
