Smart strategizing is no substitute for talent. In his seminal paper ‘The People Make the Place’, eminent psychologist Ben Schneider concludes that organizations are functions of the kinds of people they contain. At Cradlewise, we truly believe that we are the collective sum of our people.

Introducing our early employees:

Archit Taneja, Embedded Software Architect

Archit has spent a big chunk of his work life contributing to the linux kernel, which has made him a proponent of free software. He’s primarily worked on writing multimedia device drivers, and tweaking the frameworks (DRM, V4L2, Fbdev, etc.) to work with new hardware as and when needed. At Qualcomm, he got a chance to collaborate with the Freedreno community that provides an entirely open source graphics stack for Qualcomm’s Adreno Graphics Processing Unit.

A man of diverse strengths and passions, Archit is also a talented children’s book author. He has been featured by Little Black Book as one of the finest children’s author. His ‘Superlative Supersleuths’ series is about two eleven-year-old girls who use unconventional methods to solve crimes. He’s currently writing the third book of the series.

Sathya Venugopal, Cloud Solution Architect

Sathya has worked as a developer and technical lead in the tech industry for ten years. Joining Yahoo! as a campus recruit after her Master’s in Software Systems, she went on to become technical lead with the Yahoo! Search and Display Advertising platform. She moved on to NetApp, and then Success Factors, where she worked on their Performance Management SAAS product. Sathya quit working full time at the end of 2015 to look after her son, and credits motherhood for the subsequent changes in personality and interests! Simple, hard working, outspoken and a quick learner, she is also an artist, is fascinated by books and music, and grows vegetables in her free time!

Shubham Agarwal, Mobile App developer

Shubham holds a BTech degree in Computer Science and loves working with startups!. He has contributed to an interesting Android application called ChittiChat since his college days, and has also spent some time with JusPay. A machine learning enthusiast, he also enjoys the theatre, movies and travelling. Focused and not easily distracted, his big dream is to make an impact on the life of others by building some amazing products.

Our multifaceted team brings together diverse skills and talents in an environment that is free and open and nurturing. Together we are a force to reckon with!
